Type A and AL Joint Seal

The following Type A and AL joint Seals have been authorized for use when specifications require use of a Type A and AL joint seal. Typical uses are filling joints in concrete structures, and can be used in new construction or repair and maintenance of existing expansion joints. This sealant is referenced in Section 51-2.02B of the Caltrans Standard Specifications.
